We take pride in providing swift, low-cost, efficient, and courteous transportation between Sea-Tac Airport and countless cities in the South Puget Sound/Ocean Beaches Areas including:
- Aberdeen, Hoquiam, Ocean Shores, Westport and all points in Grays Harbor County

- Centralia, Chehalis, Morton, Pe Ell and all points in Lewis County
- Shelton, Union, Hoodsport and all points in Mason County
- Tacoma, Puyallup, Lakewood, Parkland and other points in Pierce County

Regular Stops (Central Pick-Up Points) are designated hotels, restaurants, or other community locations. This option is not only intended for the use of hotel guests but also for the convenience
of those passengers who either do not wish to be picked up at home or who live outside of our service area. Parking is available at most locations, often free of charge provided advance notification is given.
- Scheduled Regular Stops: These are locations with scheduled departure times. Reservations are not required but are strongly recommended.

Door-to-door service is available throughout our service area. The following restrictions apply:
- Reservations are highly recommended at least 48 hours in advance.
- Requests made less than 48 hours in advance will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
- If your flight is delayed and you miss your reserved connection you must contact the office as soon as possible.
- We will make every effort to accommodate you on the next available run.
- Passengers who live in outlying or remote areas may be delayed.
- We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late flight arrivals.
- Walk-on (no advance reservation service) home drop-off service from SeaTac will be provided when possible depending on scheduled traffic and time constraints.
- If home drop-off service is not available we will gladly drop you off at the nearest regular stop possible.
- In order to provide you with the highest level of service possible, we strongly encourage you to make advance reservations.
Special Information on Home Pick-Ups (Service to Sea Tac):
- Pick-up times are not fixed.
- Times may be adjusted to allow for traffic, time constraints, and other expected stops en-route.
- If your pick-up time is adjusted we will contact
you between 4 and 6 p.m. for morning departures and between 10 and
11 a.m. for evening departures.

If you are catching an early morning flight or arriving late, we will be happy to drop you off or pick you up directly at any of the SeaTac Airport area Hotels. There are just a few restrictions to this service:
- A $5.00 surcharge will apply (per party, not per person)
- Advance reservations (48 hours in advance) are highly recommended. Last minute requests will always be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
- Only hotels located north of S 170th St and south of S 200th St are eligible for this service.
- Passengers cannot be taken from the hotel to the airport or from the airport to the hotel. However, most of the hotels will be happy to provide this service at no charge.
Does your flight leave or arrive outside of our scheduled times?
You also have the option of requesting an extra scheduled run to meet your needs for an additional charge. Special rules apply to extra schedules. For more information, see the extra schedule portion of our Other Services section.

- All fares must be paid at the time service is provided.
- Fares may be prepaid either by mail or at the office in person.
Credit Card Acceptance Policy:
- VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.
- Credit Card payments can be made by telephone, fax, or at the office.
- Credit Cards cannot be used on board or accepted by our drivers.
- Checks drawn on a Western Washington Bank only.
- Travelers' Checks may be drawn on any bank. Travelers checks must be in US dollars only.
- Checks numbered 1000 or over only.
- Checks must have preprinted current name, address, phone number, and driver license number.
- No checks are accepted for student discount fares. Cash or travelers checks only.
- NSF/Returned Check Policy
- In the unlikely event that your check is returned for INSUFFICIENT FUNDS or HELP FUNDS, we will debit your checking account electronically for the face amount of the check PLUS a fee of $40.00
- This policy allows us to resolve the problem without reporting you to a credit bureau and harming your credit rating. The transaction will appear on your bank statement and no one will have to contact you about payment.
